Return Policy


If you are not completely satisfied with a Euro Cuisine purchase for any reason, please review our return, and refund policies for purchases. Merchandise must be returned in unused and undamaged condition with all original, accessories, Instruction book, and packaging. Please note that all returns are subject to validation and approval at Euro Cuisine’s discretion.

In the case of incorrect items shipped or damaged during shipment, please contact our Customer Care Team at 1-562-659-7810.

Returning Online Purchases

For orders shipped to a U.S. and Canadian address, we gladly accept returns of merchandise for a full refund if we receive your return within 30 days of the date of purchase. Requests for refund must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase. Refunds will be made in the same form of payment as your purchase was made. We do not accept returns made after 30 days of purchase date. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus an applicable sales tax, less the cost of return shipping if applicable.

All damaged, used, and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping and handling costs, gift box costs, consumable products, and other charges are non-refundable.

U.S. and Canadian Returns by Mail order purchases shipped to a U.S. and Canadian address can be easily returned by mail (follow the return procedures described below). Items shipped outside of the returns window may not be returned to you. We regret to inform you that we are unable to offer exchanges by mail.

Ship on Your Own

U.S. and Canadian customers can return online purchases, after obtaining a return authorization number by calling 562-659-7810, made within the continental U.S. by UPS, FedEx to the address below, at their expense. We will process your return and issue a refund as soon as we receive your package. Please use a trackable and insured shipping method.

Please include the following information with your return: Name and billing address, the original purchase prices, and date of purchase, and a copy of your original packing slip, please make sure that you provide us with the Return Authorization number. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for processing. Additional delays may occur. You will receive email confirmation once your return has been processed. Euro Cuisine Inc is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns.

Receive US$5 or US$15.00 flat-rate ground shipping on your purchase under $10 USD above $10 USD respectively. Offer only applies to an order shipped to a single address within the contiguous United States, Washington D.C and Canada. Additional charges apply for all other shipping options and destinations. Orders ship on business days, Monday through Friday (excluding US Federal holidays).

All expedited orders require a valid street address.

The complimentary shipping threshold is calculated before tax.

Only one credit card may be used per transaction. Your credit card will not be charged until the items in your order are shipped. In some cases, because not all items may ship together, you will see more than one charge on your credit card.

For your security, your billing name, address and phone number must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.


To the extent that we are required by law to charge and collect taxes on products that we sell, such taxes are charged based on the tax laws applicable to the location to which the order is being shipped or delivered. At checkout, all appropriate taxes will be added to the order total.


The tax amount displayed during checkout is an estimate of the tax applicable to your order. This amount may vary slightly from the actual amount of tax payable in connection with your order due to different tax rates, which apply as a result of the origin and destination of the item(s) being purchased, as well as other factors. The actual amount of tax payable in connection with your order will appear in your order confirmation email.


After you complete the checkout process, you will be directed to the order confirmation page. Here you will see your order number and complete details of your order. We recommend that you print this receipt and save the order information for your records. You will need this information for all references to your order. Note: Because we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed, as processing begins immediately.
